9-Unit Townhome Project – Perry Street Richmond VA
Theta Homes is proud to announce it has been awarded a contract by SCDHC (Southside Community Development & Housing Corporation) to build a 9-unit affordable townhome project in Richmond, VA.
The development is located on Perry Street, between 22nd and 24th Street in Richmond — a community-focused project designed to expand access to quality, energy-efficient housing in the area.
SCDHC is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing affordable housing and providing education and financial assistance to first-time home buyers across the Greater Richmond area. Theta Homes is proud to partner with such a meaningful organization.
All 9 townhomes will be EarthCraft certified and energy-efficient — built to the same high standards of building science and indoor air quality that Theta Homes delivers on every project. Construction is scheduled to begin in late June 2024.
