We began a new design-build project in January 2024 for a high-performance single-family home in Richmond, VA. The owners are committed to creating an energy-efficient residence of approximately 2,000 sq ft and plan to integrate a solar panel system to move the home toward Net Zero performance.

They are highly knowledgeable in sustainable building practices and have invested significant time researching advanced features, materials, and optimization strategies for a truly high-performance home.

We’re excited to collaborate on this project. The home is currently in the design phase, with construction expected to begin in May or June. The image above is an early rendering of the rear elevation, completed after the schematic design stage.
