McDorman Pre-Sale Home Remodel – 1977 Home Transformed

When Mrs. McDorman was ready to sell her previous home — after Theta Homes built her new custom home — she trusted us with a full pre-sale remodel to maximize the home's appeal and market value. The 1977-built property received a comprehensive transformation.

With a generous budget and full creative freedom, Theta Homes delivered a modern, open-plan layout and high-quality finishes throughout:

Removed wall between Living room and Family room — open plan layout
Expanded kitchen entrance and added a pass-through window to living room
New kitchen cabinets with built-in pantry, soft-close drawers, granite countertops and luxury vinyl tile flooring
Replaced wood fireplace with propane gas fireplace with remote
Added brick patio in the back yard
Numerous additional upgrades to bring the home fully up to date
