Gupta Deck Expansion – 286 sq ft Outdoor Living Space
The Gupta family wanted to make better use of their outdoor space. Theta Homes redesigned and doubled the existing deck to 286 square feet, transforming it into a functional and inviting outdoor living area.
A dedicated seating corner was added with a pergola overhead and string lights for evening ambiance. The stair orientation was redesigned to connect seamlessly to a future patio. The deck was finished with a professional stain and an awning was added at a later date for additional shade and comfort.
