This EarthCraft certified affordable duplex was developed in partnership with SCDHC (Southside Community Development & Housing Corporation) — a non-profit committed to building communities that change lives in Richmond, VA.
Located in the historic Highland Park neighborhood, north of downtown Richmond, this new residential development was fully designed by Banerjee & Goff. Theta Homes is proud to have contributed to this community-focused project.
